Dr. Papp is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist who specializes in cataract surgery. He attended The University of Michigan where he received a Bachelors Degree in biophysics.  He received his Medical Degree from the University of Toledo Medical School and completed a residency in ophthalmology at St. Lukes/Roosevelt Hospital in affiliation with Columbia University in New York. He is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ASCRS).
